Benjamin D. Summerlin Attorney

Ben is an Associate with experience in medical malpractice defense, as well as business, property, and contract disputes. Ben earned his B.S. in Biology (Neuroscience Emphasis) from the University of Georgia Franklin College of Arts and Sciences. He graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2022. He has experiencing handling all stages of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and has served as lead counsel in trial.
